I had a similar dilemma with my E85 in Sterling grey, wanted to keep it stock with Silver wheels. After a consultation with the wheel specialist (powder coater) convince me to go with Shadow grey, glad i did

I went Ferric Grey, not too silver not too dark, not sure what it would look like on a silver car though.

Well the car is in for alloys and I decided to stick to BMW Silver, thanks for all the ideas and pics 👌🏼
