What cleaning products?

I only use natural products to clean my car!!!

ie. Just leave it out in the rain...=))=))
My Z3 was looking pretty scruffy following the last snow storm. I had planned a wash and wax, maybe vaccuum the inside, but it rained like a cow peeing in a flat rock for 2 days and nights. No need for cleaning at the moment, thanks to that rain, the car looks like it was waxed already. :D

I received a full Meguiars detailing kit for my birthday (my daughter does love me!) and I have used Meguiars for 25 years or so, on all our cars. It's the best product I've ever used.

Fantastic clean engine bay. I use tyre foam in my engine bay and on my tyres. I find the tutle wax shampoo which is a couple of pounds at Wilko's is pretty good. I use all-sorts of wax and have come to the conclusion the main thing is you use a wax polish, all the ones I have tried seem to work. My favourite ones are the kind that come in a tin but they all seem ok. If I am particularly keen I put on more than one coat of wax.

I tend to use Gtecniq and Swissvax along with the AG Vinyl and

Getting low on stock mate :D

Looks good to me. I would like to brighten up my engine bay somehow. There's an awful lot of black plastic. I don't know if anyone has added a bit of bling?

Regular cleaning is key to prevent a build-up. Underneath should be part of your routine, especially if you use it in winter (salt on the roads). You can get kit such as karcher to do that, leave outside to drip dry if you can. Always give the car a good rinse first before you wash to get rid of the surface dust/dirt then either;

Snowfoam - plenty of good makes
Wash with warm or cold water with a quality fibre mitt. Some do the 2 bucket methods to rinse after each pass, I just spray the mitt with my hose.

Rinse then use a fibre towel to dry. Dry all crevices to prevent runs. Turn your mirrors in to let the water escape, helps prevent runs later. Shammy windows.

Polish then wax with your chosen products. Use a good quality bumper gel on the external black plastic trim to keep it in good shape.

Engine bay first, wheels next then interior. Just my preference.

Spray with Autoglym Engine cleaner and agitate with a soft paint brush or similar, rinse with a low flow hose. Mop up any pools then a LIBERAL spray of AG Vinyle spray, shut bonnet and leave. Buff up with a fibre cloth when all the above is done. CIFF and other products are also good. Wipe down all rubber door, roof, boot and bonnet seals and treat with Gummifledge to feed the rubber.

Hoover and dust the interior, spray the carpets with nice smelly odour spray.

Polish dust caps :D

Polish exhaust tips :D

Periodically clean the roof and rear window.

More later, off out
That's my boy :D:D:D=))
