It's a Bertini kit based on the Z3 Steve. @Anthony Cherry does the kit for them.
Just recognize the lights but cant put my finger on them

They are Porsche 911 996 lights with the top indicator bit cut off. The indicators are then mounted where the reverse light was.
Don't think so, i was originally thinking Alfa Romeo GTV but it wasn't
