This happened this afternoon as we were going out. The car was crawling up my exhaust pipe from the junction near the White Swan and over took from a 40 mph zone into a 30 mph zone across a road junction. See 1 min. 13 sec. J8 EXY SKODA ESTATE. 14.21 on Aug. 09th. 2022
