I’m assuming the culprits’ have null and void their insurances. Am I correct in my thinking?

A few years ago I saw a council officer explaining/trying to stop a driver he could not go through a similar flood under a bridge, The driver ,after very politely explaining his opinion of the situation,completely ignored him, and just continued happy in his Unimog,complete with raised air intakes.

The mountain goat of all mountain goats, ace things.
Saw a demo of these vehicles when I was at Brackenhurst Agric. College doing my apprenticeship in the early 70's, they have changed very little. Brilliant machines which amongst other things can pull a plough too.

On a railway contract one night I saw 3 Unimogs working clearing trees from the embankments,two were brand new.
Each was fitted for Road/Rail use had "chippers " on the front that seemed to be taking 600mm trees ,big Hiab over roof to move trees they could not chip I dread to think of the cost of each machine.

Another 'damp' day across the east of England again yesterday 
I missed the worst myself - went over to the other side of Brum and back using 4 different vehicles in 2 hours, 2 cars and 2 trains - long story, but sadly no Unimog involved.

West Texas has some schizophrenic weather this time of year. Earlier this week it was in the 70s (fahrenheit) but today it's 42 and raining like a cow peeing on a flat rock. It's supposed to get nicer by the weekend.What a wet day we’re had , we’re got flooded roads , it’s been horrible.
The rain has come down very hard today it hasn’t stopped.
It’s like the weather has suddenly changed for the worst.
