Doing a scan check on my car and this has flagged up. Has anyone any idea what this may be and what needs to be done?
Seperately, although it may be connected, the ABS light is on the dash but all the ABS sensors have been changed for new. Is this a seperate issue?

Mine hasn't done it for a while but my ABS light occasionally comes on but goes off once the car has been driven a mile or so

With regard to the fault code - I don't have a foxwell so I don't know if that error number is l7 or 17 or |7

I'd clear the fault and see if it comes back.

I’ve now noticed the Traction Control warning light is on as well as the ABS warning light. I’ve had new sensors on all four corners. And the electronics code, I’m completely stumped on. Any other Foxwell peeps shed any light?

Does your Traction Control light come as well as the ABS warning light, @Duncodin ? Do both disappear after a short spin?

Dawn you have to drive the car for it to ‘learn’ the new abs sensors. They should go out after a few miles as @Duncodin said. Traction control also related to relative wheel speed so would assume it will also fix itself
Is Fault|7 the number of faults..is there a sub menu which lists them out ? What does option F3 give you ?

I too use a foxwell , 510NT. I have had the same happen with ABS light, usually after a drive on gravel roads, or some exuberant driving on wet ones. as the light has always gone out itself after a short while Ive never checked the codes, but fault code 7 points to it but you need to read the full codes, A quick scan is just that, an serves as an indication for further investigation..

It’s all packed away now but will have another look tmrw as protect masks and googles are ordered due to the mould inside the cockpit due to a leak caused when the roof was removed. Got to get rid of the mould before entering the car! Mould, as we know, is a health hazard.

It’s a Foxwell NT530 but guess they are similar?

Can’t without the MOT and we know these warning lights will fail a MOT test.
