I found this text and they say it's published by J.Chamberlayne, in 1715 and it's written in the celtic language used in Welsh !?
Can anyone confirm this text can be read and understood in the mentioned dialect?

.`` Poerinthele nostru, cela ce esti en cheri

. Facoesa voe Ta
. En tzer asa si pre poement

This is not the Welsh I speak boyo .rydym yn sirad y Cymraeg yn yr ardal ni efo typyn o saesneg a acen efo de ar gogledd yn cymysgy gyda'n gilydd

Being of Celtic origin myself, I have looked into our old family texts and can confirm it is a very old Welsh love ritual, roughly translated goes like this:

Very early in the morning while your love is sleeping
Grab your wellies and sneak into her field

And so it goes on, the rest I think is only suitable for the NSFW area

I had my translator friend look at this and he knew some of the words which appear to be Romanian - maybe you can help with the rest Zeti :)

Our Poerinthele, Who are en cheri
. Svintzasca the name Tee
. Ta Vie emperetzia
. Your Voe Facoesa
. En tzer so and pre poement
. Our poets of our debts them
. How we and our debtors loesoem
. And not pre DUTZI us in temptation
. Tze mentuieste us from vileanii us! ``

I was afraid it's a speculation because is really 85% Romanian!
And yes, it's the Lord's Prayer. Usually when I see such fantastic matching, I have doubts.
That's why I kindly asked your opinion.
Many thanks!

I know him too!:)
