I'm going to try 80degrees for 5 mins and 2 min increments if it's not soft enough

I assume facing in towards the bulbs?
Did you try them both ways? I like how they look on the outside
Facing the same way you have them now, I felt that they look to harsh without the defused lens, each to their own though pal

I assume the sealant didn't have good enough seal which is why there's loads of dirt in. Do i use a particular rubber butyl sealant to reseal it?

I just reheated mine with hot gun and clipped it back together.
