Well mate, if you get a boost from doing the Vanos repair as has been stated, then another from a manifold upgrade it will feel like a different car. As you say a lot of work Sean. Maybe an exhaust such as a Powerflow or similar might add more HP?

Intake, exhaust, induction and remap will make a solid difference mate. Ceramic coated exhaust manifold will add a few ponies also.

I'm hoping to do similar at Tesco this weekend. I use the brush and cold rinse to clean just the underside of the car, then I take it home to hand wash the top and bodywork. Probably looks a bit odd to others. I hate salt.
