Definitely the right colour for a wedding car only problem is where do you put the bride and groom once the chauffeur is driving ;);).

Great pictures and congratulations to your son and his bride .

Stephen.

That was a lovely idea 🌞
You Z done a lovely job 👍
Congratulations to the bride and groom 🎉

Nice topic and of course: congratulations Rob with this very fresh wedding and your Zed's key role in the wedding ceremony.

Well, if we are talking Zeds and weddings: I used my own back in 2015:

When we got married 15 yrs ago we saved some money but rest got hit on a credit card.
I suppose at the end of the day really depends on what sort of occasion your planning.
So many variables could dictate overall cost even where you stay could have an impact on the cost.
Stephen.

Unfortunately the Z3M didn't get an invite to ours.

Hi everyone,

Just curious for those who paid for a wedding on their own...how did you do it? Did you already have a lot of money saved? Take out a loan? Credit cards? Just curious!
Sold a kidney. ;)

Used my Z3 as my sons getaway car from the Church to Eastnor Castle where the wedding reception was held. As to expense we shared the cost 50/50 with the daughter in laws parents.

Our son got married last month and didn’t tell us until he got home that evening just his best mate and his wife’s friend as witness, cheap as chips

Hello there! I know this thread is quite old, but what a father you are, man! If I had Z3 I'd give it to my son too, for sure! Still, he wanted a premium wedding car, so I got one for him on https://www.premiercarriage.co.uk/wedding-cars/east-sussex/. Actually, he's not like me. I mean, I'm all about sport and drive while my son is all about... class, you know. That's why I love him, I guess. He's different, and I love it. Anyway, guys, let's keep this thread updated. It's worth it.

What a heartwarming moment captured in that picture! Your son's request to use your z3 for his wedding car sounds like a fantastic idea. Sharing such a special memory with him must have been a proud and joyous experience.
Speaking of weddings, if you're still exploring options or need to put together a dashing wedding ensemble, you might want to check out https://www.gentlemansguru.com/product-category/wedding-tuxedos/. They have a range of tuxedos that could add an extra touch of elegance to the celebration.
Wishing your son and his partner a lifetime of happiness, and hoping the wedding was as wonderful as the sentiment behind using your z3 as the wedding car.

What a touching moment! It’s hard to say no when your son wants to include a cherished part of your life in such a special day. The Z3 is a classic, and sharing it with him for his wedding makes it even more meaningful. A proud dad moment for sure—memories made that’ll last a lifetime! Also, for thoughtful gifts for dad will be best for him too
