One of our tyre guys lives between me and Newark on the A1133 and he called to say he wouldn't drive to Newark with the road as it is either. It'll have to keep till another day.

Just need a proper car for the winter
Just press the button on the key fob 15 minutes before you want to go, have breakfast and then the car is ready and waiting already heated and defrosted.
If you forget, on with the heated windscreen, rear screen, seats and steering wheel. A minute and you're ready to go.
