We had our annual church BBQ again last Sunday. We use 2 BBQ pits. We set the chicken on grates to cook. We have to do this 3 separate times to cook all 1400 pounds of chicken. When we light the charcoal in the morning, we wet it down with charcoal lighter fluid but then sprinkle just a TAD of gasoline on top to get it all lit and burning rapidly. Since we start at 7:00 AM in the morning and get finished at 4:30 PM in the afternoon, we don't want to spent a lot of time waiting for all the coals to start burning................................Frankie
