You looked bloody dapper Dave, I'm not sure though how you didn't run into a lampost in them dark sunglasses though,but I've got to admit you do really do look to cool for school ,as the young ones say.well done for the fitness program you've done over the last year mate,

Oh thanks mate. The glasses are my prescription ones, they go dark in the sun. Got to keep this running malarkey up now!
