Lubricates dry passage ways. Kept trying and couldn't get it to go in properly without it.So which of the above was your problem?
Sounds painful.
Now I'm old I seem to be getting stiffness in every part of my body, bar one unfortunately.

You can use WD40 for lots of different things around the house too .......
