Water Ingress

Hi guys

Any thoughts on what could be the reason for this gap between the seal and the window? Never noticed any water ingress till yesterday under really heavy rain. Thought that tilt the window in could help but didn't.
The way I see it if feels that there's to much pressure on the door when closed and pushes the seal out.

Just passenger's side as the driver's side is nice and flat and doesn't leak at all.

Thanks in advance

Do have a hard top on if so is it on right and are the seals in the correct position

Indeed. Done the alignment properly and fiddle around with the drivers side window that insisted in not siting flat on the window but now is fine. The all hardtop is square and even. In fairness to myself the front part of the hardtop is the one I could only align "by eye" but of course I made sure the seals on the HT and on the Windscreen seal were align. Isn't leaking where the seals meet together though.
Should I try to move the front of the HT slightly to the right not putting too much effort on the left side?

Thanks

How does the door close against the other side if you are saying that side feels like too much pressure on it . Also how did all the seals fit against the soft top. Could be like you say slightly off centre.

I will be honest never paid too much attention while on soft top but never leaked from here. You are probably right you the back of the HT may be align but the front of it off centre. Will give it a go and lift the back of the HT and move the front of it a mm to the right may be that's why the driver's window wasn't sitting properly but I was so fed up with the alignment that left it for a bit. Will give it some adjusts this weekend.
Thanks

The window looks to be sitting rather high the glass normally sits in to the rubber and its domed to accept the glass looks as though its pushed through that.
As its too high it will not seal normally once its raining and wet it doesn't seal again till things dry.

Make sense too. I had to adjust the other window so will do the same with this one if sliding the roof a mm to the right doesn't help.
Thanks

Simply put, your rubbers are knackered.
I had the same problem when my hardtop was on the car because you can not latch it down as tight as the soft top.

Baring in mind that they where flat on the soft top can't see the issue being the rubber it self. Far from being knackered when you see them in person I would say. Will fix it over the weekend and post some feedback.

Thanks
