I've had this light come on now and again and having asked on here and on the other place, no one really seems to know what it's telling me.Usually it comes on after very sharp slow turns.ie hard left into the workshop at work. Today I went out at lunch and filled up with petrol then went up to the old Grandstand by the old Race Course car park and sat and listened to some music to get out of the mad house for a while. When I left to go back to work as I pulled out onto the main road I applied Mozz's "heavy right foot" and after the traction control wet itself the light came on, and stayed on, and stayed on. Oh s--t I thought that's b******* it. It was on all the way home at varying speeds so I thought I'll put the picture up and when I went out to the garage to take a picture, turned on the ignition - the lights off.

The light in the centre of the bottom row with the exclamation mark in the centre. Sorry it's a bit blurred but you have to be bloody quick to take it's picture before it extinguishes.
So can anybody tell me why it comes on ..... and goes off?

Tony.

Auto Gearbox fault. As long as it stays off should be ok. Sometimes the box has a dizzy spell. Mine used to do it occasionally when my DSC was playing up.

'Ctl-Alt-Del' required on the gearbox then ;)

Cheers Brian, keeping you busy tonight mate.;)

No worries Stace, it's done this all the time I've had it (nearly 6 years) never been a problem. Gearbox just gets better and better since I changed the oil and filter and have driven it like should be driven.:ymdevil::ymdevil:. I love this car, but I do fancy something with a 3.0 under the bonnet.

Tony.

ps. I know I'm not on my own in hoping you get Panther all ok soon. Gaz will help all he can I'm sure. Keep us posted.:)

Hey you've had a hell of a lot on your plate lately, moving house is very stressful and a royal PITA. Plus all the grief you have had with Scarlett is enough to get anyone down. I think 3.0 will be my limit but I've kind of got my eye on one in Phoenix Yellow. Not everyone's cup of tea but that's just life. lol.:)
