Need to get a 80deg temp sensor does anyone have a line on one . Usually pretty good on google but no luck or blind thanks

I have a new febi bilsten part 32915.....but have no idea what temp its rated at.

Nothing on it to indicate

Been driving today and during normal os spirited driving the top is fine but I've been doing some slow climbs and the temp creeps up to the three quarters mark and I dont think a lower temp sensor will make a lot of difference as the fan is running flat out anyway . I think it's going to need maybe a better rad and perhaps a higher flow pump. I've noticed a big improvement in pickup and maybe a little more power it's a worthwhile mod if you want more power but for my driving I think the fan will go back on

Hugh its all about the volume of air getting through the rad. The Aux fan isn't designed to cool the engine heat on its own it doesn't create sufficient flow as its for the AC and additional aid to the viscous in extreme conditions. Creating better coolant flow or bigger rad wont solve the problem, the answer I believe is replacing the viscous fan with a suitable after market electric fan(s) which will have the desired effect of the fan delete, to recreate the required air flow, these are available for the Z3.
