That one depends on where you are drilling, can't give a definitive answer.

going back to the VW issue, we've just had our 1.6tdi "modified" during a service and we now have a niticable flat spot between 1200 and 2000. It'll be going back!

People do that to water their gardens and it is illegal.
A mate of mine has done it and has the pump hidden in the garage.
Found a dead Libyan once in one of our water pits, obviously could not swim and obviously could not get out due to the plastic lining.
There were signs up in Arabic warning people not to swim in them.
