VIN Decoder

I always use the check my reg site to get a VIN number and then Mdecoder to get the spec but it looks like the latter is no longer free - does anyone have a similar alternative as all the others I have tried don't return the same detail regarding the fitted options?

Mdecoder has just worked for me but there have been times when It hasn't - seems to be erratic.

Just noticed a new entry on my spec "S925 Dummy-SALAPA" though - hope that's not a derogatory term.
