If you are looking for ideas on how to make next year a little different, how about having a Zedshed workshop bay.
They could do a demonstration of a common fault that is fixable by DIY.
Maybe something like changing seat bushes, that's a common fault in a Z3 that everybody will probably encounter at some point.
Just trying to plant a seed here, after my indicator relay blew on the way down, did I not mention that............................ lol
I was behind you and just thought you only ever turned right!

I tried to get the wife to do hand signals ...........
I then had to tell her to make the hand signals out the window and not at me. lol.

Sorry I’m a bit late posting, Thank you to both Mac and Paul for the organisation and effort they put into this vanity weekend. Also congratulations to them for winning the trophy for best display area. It was a fantastic and enjoyable weekend.
I’d also like to say a big thank you to young Lewis Romans for voting for my car being the coolest car on show, it must have been a very difficult decision for him as there were so many really nice cars there to chose from, however I think it may have been the sparkle in the paint that caught his eye.
Can’t wait for next years show.

My s***'s custom!
Thank you all for your kind words. It really has been a pleasure (despite the overwhelming fear of an imminent catastrophic event ruining the plans!=))).

Big thanks to everyone for your support and patience as @pgunter and I shunted you into position like an early episode of Thomas the tank engine! (And thanks @EmmaDamian for the outstanding cake/cakes).

We've been chasing this title for the last few years and it really means a lot to us so here's the money shot...

Like all before we would like to say a huge thanks to @Mac Romans and @pgunter for another great day at vanity. Tbh we didn't see much of the rest of the show, mainly due to the fact everything worth seeing was on the zed stand this year, and was the social event of the show. A squadron of amazing cars, great people and good fun

Oh btw we won a trophy

Fantastic day everyone and a pleasure to be a part of it all.

sorry to post again.....my other post was on my mobile,

We arrived home earlier today after a great few days down south... thanks to Paul Gunter, Mac Romans, and Gary Hyde for organising the stand... we had a great day catching up with some old friends and meeting some new members of the forum.

so glad our stand finally won the best stand of the show.. well done to all for the top qualtiy presentations of all the cars on the stand

Time was soon upon us, and we left early to make our way to poole we had a lovely evening there followed by a great day and evening in christchurch on the monday and a lovely quiet drive home today... in the blistering heat.

had a really annoying rattle on the rear driver side of the car i think something has come adrift on the handbrake shoe...

all will be revealed tomorrow...

see you all soon

Al, Angela.
