Hi, I have almost completely pulled the dash out on my 2.2i but made a stupid mistake. I left the auto shifter in the PARK position so I had a mongrel job getting the centre console out and I am dreading putting it back in!
Is the any way I can get it into the NEUTRAL position with the guts of the car all over the floor? I have tried everything I can think of except reattaching the airbags then the battery. Not sure how the computer will react to that.
@Southernboy I sent you a PM but thought I would post on here just in case you were unavailable. It is dinner time here now and I hope to get started again tomorrow. [I am replacing the Ipanel].
Oh, and what size bolts are used for securing the dash, you know the small 3 x bolts just under the windscreen?
