As some of you may well know I have had some difficulties with my ABS since the car was stripped and rebuilt I have had one problem after another,
The latest was after MOT the lights came on again, read the code and got "front left wheel speed sensor no signal" I reset the code and tried the ignition, it cycled through and cleared, no lights until I drove it and within a 100 yards it lit up again,
I swapped the front sensors over and still got the same code for the left wheel sensor, today I took the sensor out and inspected the reluctor ring through the hole, its brand new as I fitted new hubs, on appearance it looks just as it should, I then put my little finger in the hole so it was touching the ring and turned the hub, I soon noticed that it was touching and the not for about a third of a turn which meant it wasn't fitted tight to the hub,
I used a punch and tapped it home all the way round, probably only a couple of MM on one side, put it back together and bugger me the code cleared after about 100 yards, took it for a blast and no lights, hoipe thats the bloody end of it,
