Drove the Zed into work today and was subjected to the typical "hairdresser" and "girl's car" abuse twice within the space of an hour.

One of the culprits drives a Citroen C1. Made my day!

There was a poll on her asking how many of out 5,000 members were actually hairdressers. If I remember correctly there was maybe 1 but plenty of every other profession including mechanics and engineers! There are a few girls on here and I bet any one of them could beat the crap of those pack of whiners!
 
"Get a job, any job, and, instead of a Citroen C1, you too can get a decent car, even a Z3". And then the fight started =))
 
Ahh the beloved C1. The French answer to a Vauxhall Corsa.. aka Nova... actually the early novas were very quick when modified. So when the Citroen Driver grows up... when are they buying a car =))
 
One of my mates is a hairdresser and he has a 1.9, he asks me to do work on it all the time but I'm ashamed to even go near it because it's in such a state. Not looked after at all. He loves mine to bits and wants me to do everything I've done on mine to his. Somehow I don't think he will spend thousands on it when he has never even washed the thing in the several years he's owned it :eek:

I started with a Nova and ended up in a Z3, maybe they are going in the right direction. We can only hope they see the light.
 
That's crazy... but if someone wants it that badly...
 
Never surely? He has other collectable stuff. He's got a Fiesta RS turbo at £17500 on eBay. He must like spiking his prices..........a lot! =))

£17500! :woot: Had one, a great little pocket rocket but not at that price.
 
Jue had the XR2i. Fun thing but they'd lost they're edge for me by then.
