Hi, Recently thought I bough some 225-18-40 for the front I was sent 215-18-40, can I put these 215's on my Z4? or will the 225 be required?

Depends on the size of the front rim ie 7j etc 225 is standard on a 7.5/8 i think a 215 better suited to a 7 j may be a little stretched. I had 225 on an 8.5 again was stretched slightly but nothing major i imagine them to be ok but as said the rim width will determine the tyre choice...
Yeah you can fit them. But some garages are funny with fitting a tyre stretched. Make sure they don't mind doing it first.

No Problem fitting them, The company want £50 to return them so will use them, not prepared to waste £50 on postage to get them back to them..
If they didn't supply the size you ordered Jim it should be their responsibility to change them F.O.C.
