Bike pumps aren't like they used to be. Tiny little things that pack a real punch pressure wise. Still hard work though so yes - a bit of a workout.
Just realised what a mug I must be - they can do their own tyres next time!

The bike had been out there on the yard, turned upside down with one wheel off for several days. Just fed up with tripping over the thing.
To be fair, the pump was in the garage behind Gail's car which hasn't moved in a week. I didn't want the boys climbing over it to get the pump and they weren't around much of the day - just did it to get the job done.
