Tribute to a classic Ferrari

Transferring the registration from one car to another using just the VIN plate is something that the kit car fraternity have been fighting for years. Mainly unsuccessfully. Just running a few checks on the registrations seen at kit car shows will show that. Putting it on a brand new car is really taking the p!ss.
Yes I have built a new kit car and had to pay all of the taxes to get a registration- now there's the IVA process- which is not cheap.
