Event Torksey Lock Cruise 2024

So sorry, we can't make it this year as we're on holiday then 😢.
 
There is a possibility that it may have to be cancelled at short notice, but I'll keep everyone up to date as best I can.

Well, as in my previous post, sadly we have to pull the plug on this yea’s Torksey Lock Cruise. We have to be “elsewhere” this year to take care of something.

By next year we should be able to organise the event around the normal time in the usual fashion.

We apologise to those who have already made some bookings etc. for the inconvenience.

Hope to see some of you at the Beckingham Transport show on August the 18th.

Sometimes these things happen which can't be helped, I appreciate the early notification.

We have a plan B where we will still enjoy the weekend although in a different location

Thanks for letting us know, it’s a shame but some things can’t be helped. Maxine always looks forward to your cruise. We have a booking at the Black Swan and are intending to keep it and go to Lincolnshire anyway.
Book us in for 2025 as well please.

That's a shame that you have had to cancel Tony as i know the organisation side that goes into setting up events but sometimes life gets in the way.
Eventually one of these years want to try get down for your run but timing never seems to work out .

Sorry to hear this Tony, but totally understand, under the circumstances. At least theres plenty of notice, not that I need much as I'm sure you realise, but good for some folks.

We'll just have to wait until next year, but no doubt they'll be plenty of takers for it, including myself as always :cool:
 
Sorry to here the Lincolnshire cruise is now cancelled for this year
Anybody fancy a cruise from the Happy cafe Sandtoft Nr Doncaster finishing off at Woodall Spa (Jubilee park)
did the run last year so have the route already
Breakfast at the meet point leave around 10 Woodall spa for mid day cafe on site or places to eat in the town.
End point not far from Lincoln if anyone has accommodation booked
 
Thanks for letting us know. Hope you're both OK, really enjoyed it last year, including the super cookies. Look after yourselves, Cake and Rob, you know who we are! XX
