I'm sure once the new logo has been approved it will take that place on the Header

But seriously you are correct. This site is currently what I like to call 'bare bones'. Pretty much no configuration changes from the standard phpBB installation.
What's planned is to bolt a website in front of the forum, which will have the most spangliest imagery you can imagine. I have a fantastic library of photo's from the photo competition, but I will need the owners permissions first should we want to use them!
For now, you get to gaze on the finest Titanium Silver 2.0 Z3 in Royal Wootton Bassett.
