Just thought I would recommend this stuff guys, I cleaned the roof at the weekend and applied it yesterday, sprayed 3-4 coats on and left it to dry, tested it today and well pleased with the beading, you can just blow the water off, it was like it for over an hour. its supposed to be an interior protector

I got it given to me as a dealership has changed supplier,

You can see how dry the roof is in the pic with the can, all I did was wipe it over and then took the pic
It's amazing we need some of this for sure

I tried the Autoglym convertible kit and didn't think much off it, Fabsil was OK but the best stuff I found was Autoglym upholstery and carpet protector from the lifeshine kit. Seems like most upholstery and carpet protectors work well on the roof.

Yep tried that also and wasn't impressed. The ultimate protection went on mine today, a hardtop! Now that would keep your roof looking fresh
Done the hardtop thing, would love to see the 2.8 with one and I may well buy one in the future but I'm fecking sick of spending money on it right now the novelty has worn off

We'd all love to see one on it! I'll send mine over if you want a new project and I'll take yours off your hands, wouldn't even want any extra cash my way for the exchange :D

Seriously though, give it a rest for a bit if your getting sick off it. Happened with me earlier this year and took me a while to rekindle the love. Once you get them brakes sorted store it away for winter and you'll do nothing but grin taking it out when the nicer weather returns.

Bang on pal, the brakes are really bugging me and taking the shine off the whole project,

You will get there. Hopefully your mate will pick it up straight away, could be something really simple that you missed.
