Today @Mnbrennan and myself welcomed @mktommo and his lovely wife Claire to our home for a cuppa to see a wind deflector unfortunately it wasn't the correct one

A quick text to the @Rha Roy he came over as well

Well you gussed it we went for a mini cruise :D

Great meet up with @mktommo,and his wife,@BMBabe, Stacey, @Mnbrennan, Martin, after spending good money in the morning at the crap Knebworth House classic car meet with my family. Thank you Stacey for texting me to see if I could make the welcome meet. Got on hands and knees to the boss and away I went for a nice top down drive. Wasn't there long before I drooled over Martin's coupe, say no more. Hope we encouraged Tommo to get out with us as often as he can cos we're a bit thin on the ground in Herts, Beds and Bucks and usually have to get that mottly lot up from Basingstoke to make up the numbers(=))). Well the ice creams went down well but next time Tommo won't get off so lightly.(at breakfast all round.=))) Great to me you Tommo and boss, hope to do the same again soon.:happy:

And thank you for having us along @BMBabe , for some great tea from @Mnbrennan and about half a can of WD40 that worked a treat on my doggy lock..... We just about kept up with you all on the cruise and the looks we got in our mini Z3 convoy made Claire and I very happy.

It was great to meet real people and to see some rather fab looking Zeds and we're definitely up for more.

Only one complaint was that I was kinda happy with a fairly short list of mods / upgrades before I saw all your sparkling zeds today - and now its tripled.:eek:
 
A tripled list is a good list =))

Was a very lovely day meeting new and old folks, thanks for the ice cream @mktommo. Nice one to join us too @Rha always like your company.

When you both left the ice cream Van man took an unhealthy liking to the individual throttle bodies on @BMBabe 's M. Phonejacker then proceeded to tell me about his love for Italian metal!

Heard what he had to say Martin, but at least he didn't try to rubbish the M and his ice cream wasn't bad either.:cool:
 
Happy you had such a great afternoon outing even if the windbreaker wasn't what was needed. And ice cream is always good as is the beer @Mnbrennan just watch the girl on the vino, she has to work tomorrow!! JIM
 
Does anyone know why the ice cream van man asked if I wanted a Cider? Was it a joke I missed :confused:
