Looks like you had a great trip. Brings back memories of last year when we went to Austria. Great photos and thanks for sharing

Thanks for posting lots of pics James. Yours were so much better than mine. They capture the spirit of the holiday very well. :)

Excellent photos James, thank you

If anyone wants any copies, PM me with your email address and I’ll send them.

Happy memories for you guys

If you do it once Sean, you will always want to keep going back. :)
I will do it one day with you guys, wouldn't dare do it on my own, my mates call me Satnav because I can't find my way around the garden.

Great tour and great pics! Austria:thumbsup: is great for roof down or bike motoring!
Regarding Grossglockner you were more than lucky; when we planned visit on the Grossglockner we asked the hotel owner when is the best time to go there? And the Austrian perfect gentleman told me to wait and each morning he asked , on the phone, his friend, a man working on the weather station located on Grossglockner, if is a good day for the trip! We had to wait 4 days to have the confirmation that it will be a lovely day on the mountain! And it was really wonderful! "Otherwise, if the weather is changing very quick, could end to just a walk through the clouds"- he told us!
But in your case the chance was on your side or maybe God helps the brave people!

Just had another look through this thread and the photos are just great. But to be fair @Jjim you did us proud with the photography on the whole trip .... excellent  If the black and white photo of your Zed doesn't make it into the 2019 calendar I'll eat my hat

Just make sure it's the gluten free one, or Ann will be after you. ;) I do agree with your comments about @Jjim's pictures. they were awesome.

Just found this thread as I’m sat in my hotel in Zell am See and talking to my wife about bringing the zed over to do the grossglockner! Did a coach trip there and it’s some road, needs to be done. Looks like a fabulous trip, we just need the teenager to decide he doesn’t want to come on holiday with us and we can have some fun in the car

What a trip, love the thread, totally inspired me

Wow!! - what a Post - superb photos from what seems to have been a great trip - experience. Thank you for sharing!
