Well after 31 years of Scot free marriage we decided it was time to check out cuisine north of the border.
First stop Gretna Grren

Then we headed west to Dumfries before tracking parallel to the M74 where we met Postman McPat & his big red van

EDIT MSG FROM RACE CONTROL:
PROBLEM WITH IMAGE PERMISSIONS UNDER INVESTIGATION AFTER THE TRIP

Pictures now added below :)

Sorry Macca
It's not intentional
The wifi connection is very poor and doing anything is very slow.
Having done it editing is even worse !
I'll try to post some "live" pics while we are out and about

I would do Mike but the MSport suspension has very restricted ground clearance ;)

Had a fantastic day out yesterday, 225 miles round trip, roof down all day. Found a strange couple on my travels :).

Lurking in the bushes Brian? Is that where you get your best photos... zed photos of course ;)
An impromptu comfort break is what we'll call it, thought it made quite a nice shot of the cars myself :)

Another lovely photo Brian from you're mini-cruise with Titan. Looking at the other photos you must have a lot of traffic free roads in Scotland.

Traffic was a big issue yesterday though ....
7 hours to cover 290 miles home. Roadworks on the M74 around Glasgow left us sunbathing in the Zed at 20 degsC doing about 3mph.....
Up to then, the worst traffic was a yellow car that seemed to follow us everywhere!

We had a fantastic few days covering some 1300 miles in the process.

Great photos Terry. Scotland is such a beautiful place, and the view over Loch Linnhe is just stunning. It just doesn't run out of amazing views like that no matter where you go.

I'd also like to say a big "ThankYou" to BrianH for the routes which he suggested around Inverary, Oban and Glencoe.
They were a taster for the day which we enjoyed on the "Road to the Isles" and Mallaig on Friday.
Looking forward to doing it again as soon as the midges do back to sleep :(
Unfortunately Dot got bitten and has reacted quite badly to the little pesks .

I have more pics if folks would like to see them?
