Three Z3’s in six months…. I’m hooked and I need help to build out the best two cars and part out or salvage the third.

How many folks do all their own service and repairs thanks to sheer determination & sites like this?

I bought two 97 2.8L manual transmission Z3’s to replace a nice 2000 Z3 with a crate engine that was pretty new I had front end damage on. Now I’m trying to rebuild and restore all three to top condition and my do they look pretty even if they aren’t new. Red white and silver.

I'm running into maintenance needing a clutch replacement. And I need suspension work done. I’m just looking for advice and a place to possibly work on these in the Bay Area since I live in a condo in San Francisco but hopefully with help I will learn how to make these kittens sweetly purr again.

Nice!
Excellent projects.
They are easy to wrench as long as you are committed. It may take a while but it can be done. On the contrary with modern s&boxes that are full of unnecessary electronics and made from plywood.
