It's been about 18 months since I washed the 330, so I decided today was the day.

The last few MOTs have advised that the rear foglights have water in them and I found the problem.

The sponge caught the corner of the lens and it started to peel it away. I carefully prised the lens off and decided to superglue it back on.

Everything went well until after the 30 seconds of applied pressure, I took the pressure off only to find that my fingers were stuck together :wideyed:.

Lesson learned :nurse: .

Would it help if I suggested that to improve that you should, well, only one way to put it really - just stick at it =))

Their's a few vacancies in London if glueing yourself to things is your bag =))

Sound advice I shall never wash a car again

Lol
Must admit after detailing the 7 series i find it easier now to just use a water jetwasher, no shampoo etc and blast it once a week at a safe distance rather than touch cloth as they say ! Ooooooof
