Not been here long , so don't know the story.

However i feel i must join in.

Many moons ago we had a guy that worked in the accounts department, based 70 miles away.
He had query after query, and we asked that he sent his queries by email, but always replied he did not have
email. he was told many times to set up an account, his reply was he did not know how.

Totally fed up i set one up for him "Mr. T. Whitham"

So TW@ was born.

Ha, sorry mate, a bit slow tonight, just got it.......we also call him 'Tony'......;)
