Sooooo, went to carry out my pre travel checks (oil, coolant, tyres etc), pushed the clutch down to fire the old girl into life and this happened :arghh:

Oh how we laughed and laughed and laughed =))

Lloyd Cockermouth have come to the rescue, the last one in the UK, apparently, will be shipped over night and ready for collection by 09:00hrs. A call to the nice man from the AA will be the order of the day to fit it. Hopefully I'll be there, if not I'll post up on here.

Bugger! :bashhead:

Cant be much left of the clutch system you haven’t broken now mate. Better at home than out on the road too.

Better it happened at home rather than half way round the run.

Sorry to be a prophet of doom but that looks like a very clean break with no sign of gradual failure. I'm only going by what little we can see on the photos. Is there a dark area around part of the fracture? Fingers crossed its nothing more serious but I've never seen that on a clutch pedal before because there really should be very little resistance to overcome unless something has gone kaput.
Over to you t-Tony.

Just spent yesterday and today breaking open an old set of lights, de-tangoing them, adding high power angels, fitting (reflector safe) Xexon headlights, LED main beams and chrome indicators...

I will be the T*** at the back blinding everyone - still at least youll know we havent lost anyone !!! ;)
You’ll make a good back marker with those halos 🙏

I wouldn't, your clutch pedal might snap . . . . .
