In 1977 I had just entered the Motor Trade having done my apprenticeship in Agricultural Engineering and with 1 hour OT each day and a Saturday morning I was on about £50/week.

That was about 50 quid in those days....
I was 14, helping out with a Milk round, doing a paper round and silver service in the evening at the local restaurant.

I am not into football, Rugby for me, but my mates are, so you get dragged into conversations about it and pick up on a few things.
I do like watching the World Cup though.
I used to mate circa 1990, haven't really watch England much since then, fed up of being disappointed.
