I have had a flash of inspiration and feel the need to share it with the forum. If I get any interest I will do a weekday run over a scenic route over “The Top of The World” with a shortish loop around Bala then back towards Llangollen via the Horseshoe Pass and the Ponderosa Cafe at the top ending up back at Prees. Strictly limited to 4 cars plus mine giving one group of 5 cars to leave Prees Heath at 09.30. I am looking at the second week of September so very short notice but I will go if only one person fancies it.
Anybody up for it?
 
Do you mean worlds end above Llangollen?at any rate I could be up for a run out but it would be a meet maybe Oswestry

I don’t know the names but I think that’s the route I had in mind from Oswestry and then the waterfall is sign posted right in a village before you get to the mountains. I was just going to make the route up on the day as I can’t be arsed to do a recce so I thought it would be easy enough if I kept it to one group. Happy enough to meet in Oswestry or anywhere else though that’s mutually convenient. If you are up for it then it’s a goer and anybody else can join in as and when. I think Mint should re think and get his arse in gear too! :whistle::thumbsup:
