Apart from being a great example of the model it uniqueness as being the last of the production line same and the same as the first will be of value to a certain buyer.

One thing puzzled me though is the colour of the wheels. In the photo they look the S50 silver instead of shadow chrome but in my opinion the S50 shade wheels look better to my eye so would not detract from the asking price over nit picking.

Believe it or not, they are shadow chrome, I think it must be a lighting effect from the super bright flash gun!

When I bought the car, it had just had the wheels refurbished in normal silver, so I paid out and had them done again in shadow chrome. They must of thought I was soft in the head having perfectly good wheels re-done just to change the shade slightly!!

Thought as much to be honest the camera man has not done you complete justice but shows of the body work lovely.

Slightly off topic though you can’t beat a set of ac schitner type II on these cars though in my own opinion going to have a hard time one day explaining to the wife where they appeared from one day.

I’m confident that you should achieve your price even it it might take a while for that buyer. If I could command that price I would and wait if in the position to do so.

@Renaud - doesn't the S54 also have 325 bhp as opposed to the 321 bhp of the S50?
