Andy I have found the Scottish hardknott pass . The road to applecross. Coming out of applecross road boasts greatest assent of any road climb in the UK sea level to 2054ft also 3rd highest road uk other 2 in the cairngorms view ain't bad either View attachment 32739

Looks quality mate, it's a must at some point. Have you driven the Shetlands? Now that would be s cruise, love it up there.

This is the furthest north I've ever been to go to shetland is a 12hr ferry from Aberdeen
