That reminds me.

Sorry Andy but looks like we will have to pull out.

Booking up holidays for next year and this looks like a potential clash now, so best advise you early.

Routs for day 1 and 2 added on the front page. I need to do a couple of dry runs to confirm stop locations for comfort breaks etc, I'll update when added :D

Oh, no rain for the Tour as we've had it all this week :arghh:

Did the first recce of Day 1 today. A good route I think. It has a good mixture of small twisty roads and fast sweeping roads with the usual pants scenery ;) Total driving time is 4 hours so with a couple of stops and stops for pics it'll be about 6 hours. Having driven the route their's a couple of minor tweaks to make it less likely of losing peeps when at junctions etc.

Day 2 will be longer, about 8 hours ish in total inc stops.

I'll update the front page links and stops info with links info once I've done a final run late January 2019.

As an aside I can confirm that 8 hours in the saddle (2 hours each way from my gaff to the start/finish point) makes you look like a t**t when you get out of the car :arghh: Tattered wind sock, blood orange, stepped on Orange would be good descriptions =))

Honister stop :D

Great can't wait to run your new routes .:thumbsup:
Unfortunately I'm letting the side down a bit doing mine in the Skoda as it is winter tyre equipped and does way better mpg:oops:

Done mate. Hope to see you all there
Thanks Andy, 90% sure we'll be there. It's Sara's uni commitments that may hinder things but I think it'll just mean driving up there Friday night.

Looks good. I'm new here so maybe keep an eye out in the future if this is a regular thing. I do other stuff in another car group around this time of year all which has not been confirmed, but future perhaps.

Every year and on occasion, twice a year. Just keep your eyes peeled in the events section.
