Hi mate, I'll put you down for a twin as that's all we've got left. The Hotel provides x amount of rooms as per the first page, this is stated in the contract. Any change requests should come through us, we've already had a number of emails with the hotel and the central booking agency thus far (20 or so last year). Once we've got the full compliment and nearer the time we'll ring to see what we can do.

Date: Friday 19th May to Monday 22nd May inc.
Note: This is a three night tour only, no one or two nights.
Location: The Cumbria Grand Hotel, Grange-over-Sands.
Cost: £70pppn DB&B = £420 total
Single Supplement: £18prpn (+ £70pn = £88 = £264 for DB&B for three nights)
All payments in full by CoP Monday 3rd April 2023.
This is a bargain and a well struck deal and is based on a "Coach Party" of 20 rooms + Driver.
Note: Should you require a room with a Sea View I will need to know at time of booking as it's £25 a night extra.(you'll have a 50/50 chance of a Sea View
All rooms are Standard/Classic and are supplied thus,

Payment. This will be the usual way as per previous years (PayPal). We will collect all monies then pay the hotel, it is us that has the contract and as such are liable.
