The Gingerbread House.

At Disney's Grand Floridian Resort at Christmas time they build a Gingerbread House in the centre of the main floor. It is used as a shop to sell normal Gingerbread items to visitors, people actually stand inside it.
So here are some pictures of our visit, starting with us catching a bus from Disney Springs to Grand Floridian. We left there on the Monorail to the Contemporary Resort via Magic Kingdom and a bus from there back to Disney Springs. Some pictures.

This is the top end of Disney Resorts. Where they do weddings.

I wonder what happens to all of that gingerbread - getting on for a ton and a half of ingredients.

They used to break it and sell it, till the do gooders stopped it on health and hygiene grounds. I think they do still sell the roof "shingles".
