Funny you should mention that Mike, when I started work at Shakespeare St. garage in Lincoln in 1997 there was one of these heaps waiting to have a clutch fitted, and it was white too!

When I worked at Central Garage in Gainsborough a bit earlier, it was a Chrysler Dealership which encorporated Simca which also covered Matra cars (remember them from F1 back in the day?) Anyway the produced the Matra-Simca Bahgeera which a single row of 3 seats in it. I saw one at a show we went to last year. They were a good looking car too. GFP bodywork. I have a picture, or 2 somewhere.

Some weird stuff but some surprising. Thought the K70 was a good car in its day, and as a former X-type owner a car i really loved, yes Mondeo under pinning's but nothing wrong with that, a Mondeo with a bit of class, felt special.
