You going out in Bella today? Code for don't even think about getting under my feet today :nailbiting: Roof down and gone :dog:

A pleasant drive down the West Coast road to the Lakeland Motor Museum for cake and coffee, fat and calorie free says the girl behind the counter :D Anyway, text inbound 'get some lettuce leaves for the guinea pigs from Tesco while you out'. Right O, how hard can it be :D

Pit stop done then off round Windermere, Ambleside and Keswick, a few spots of rain but roof down all the way

Waiting to pull out on the A66 from Keswick when an ///M4 flew past! Gauntlet thrown and challenge accepted, Freebird banging out on full chat and is scientifically proven to make your Zed go faster :pompus: Got to the A595 dual carriageway and we both came off together side by side, I gave a glance and smiled, game over, I blinked and he was the other side of Whitehaven :arghh: Myth busted, go faster music does not make your Zed go faster! Bugger

Back on track. Into Tesco, circled the car park 3 times before I found an end spot next to a nice Jag and parked up.

Got to the Lettuce counter, Jesus! How many different types can there be :arghh: Don't panic and FFS don't phone otherwise it'll just underline why I'm prohibited from unsupervised shopping (I do get to push the trolley :D). Product picked and paid for along with some flowers to soften the blow if I've not chosen wisely :D

Gets home proud of my achievement to find I'd just woke up the C-in-C who had just put her head down for her old lady kip post a morning of Doris Chores :nailbiting: :arghh: :banghead:

Anyway, back to Tesco :wideyed: Apparently the Lettuce chosen are not leaves, who new :woot:

You takin Betty are you? Err yeah, one go with Bella is enough

RTFQ! The correct 'leaves'

So, 130 miles of glorious roof down driving, cake, flowers and 2 bags of lettuce stuff. 1 x E89, no wave :( 1 x Z3, no wave :( and this beauty, also at Tesco. Wonder if he was on his second trip? =))

When I get asked “are you going out in....?” it seems that it’s not a question, more a statement of the opposite- “you’re NOT going out....”
Also - don’t let on that you could have just nipped outside and picked a handful of dandelion leaves. Guinea pigs love ‘em

My son has 6 of the things and they all eat like Kings, the dwarf hamster actually had scrambled eggs on toast today :wideyed: Don't think I'd like Bob's portion though, my stomach would think my throats been cut :arghh:

Molly has 2 Russian hamsters pal, Hazel and Augustus, they live in seperate cages, however we let them have a liason a couple of weeks ago so there maybe more a few more on the way, Molly asked me to be there when she put them together, it was bloody hectic, the funniest part is when we seperated them, we put Augustas back in his cage and he just flopped and in Molly's words, "he became a puddle"
