Hi , thanks for adding me to the forum
I have a 2.2 05 z4 I've had this for nearly 2 years now and has cost an arm & a leg in REPAIRS???? To include roof motor failure after 2 x weeks and 1 x week ago electric power steering fault ( now fixed £850.00 later ) NOT to mention new bushes and hoses all needed replacing, to list but just a few !
However I wouldn't change for anything
Thanks again
Cheers Richard

Hi Richard and welcome
Had mine 2 years plus
Made the mistake of counting how much i have spent, big mistake after:
Clutch, tyres, wheels, suspension and brakes not counting an almost complete re spray
Took some bonding after my Z3 but well and truly part of the family now

Hi Richard, welcome from me near Lincoln. Where are you located please? Sorry to hear of your repair costs, I think you've been unlucky to have both roof and steering problems. What was the steering issue?

Tony.

ps. Good to hear it hasn't dented your appreciation of the car though.

Hi Tony and thanks , based Nottingham and no still love my car to bits , powered steering fine when I parked up! 5 mins later went back to car and no power steering??. I've only had it back on the road a week ago ( fingers crossed ) trouble free I hope for a while at least
Cheers Richard
