Testing Uploaded Avatar Library

Should have a union jack avatar on my profile.

Will mean that the country flags avatar library is now working!

So we now have some default 'flags of the world' avatars enabled.

User Control Panel > Profile > Edit Avatar > Display Gallery > Choose your flag!
