Stacey @BMBabe I just saw this on the BBC news website, and this one definitely does need a new tyre, . . . . . . . . . . . and a wheel ! Unsurprisingly the driver was p*****. Wymondham, Norfolk.

Actually- I think they must have been pi**** for several weeks to wear it down that much
