Anybody out and about in the Peak on Sunday?

Oh, forgot about the Cotswolds, guess everybody will be on that. I was not expecting to be free this weekend so opted out of that one.
Never mind we will probably have a trip out somewhere either Saturday or Sunday. Can't waste a sunny weekend and I'm banned from cycling for three weeks after straining a muscle in my leg.

Hi Paul, It's going to be a bit of a long trip (the Cotswolds) and I don't know how my leg /foot would cope. It's my loud pedal foot and up into the shin area where the trouble is and it becomes very painful after a while, so no long trips. If we are not too far from home Sharon is happy to take over the driving,but she wouldn't want to drive back from down there.
Never thought about Newark, now that's a possible.
I'll give it some thought Gail, maybe we will go over to Newark for a change. Living where we do we can nip around the Peak any day we want.

I was probably planning on a blast up the peaks tomorrow, need someone to help get my hardtop off though!!

I'm off down to castle Donington to meet @Jimmy Weston to collect my roll hoops. I suspect there may be one or two others there as well. Then I've got to go into work to set my truck up as I've been off this week and no doubt some scruffy urchin will have had it and all but destroyed it! Oh what an exciting life I lead lol!
I'll be ready in about an hour, long day yesterday as went to Devon to collect a zed. Can we meet up somewhere Katwak / Ontiken? About 11? Ashbourne/Tissington way?
I've had to give it a miss. Took a shortish trip out yesterday, but my foot was quite painful so I will just have to follow doctor's orders and give it a complete rest. Flexing my foot/ankle to operate the accelerator seems to cause me as much trouble as riding my bike, so I'm stuffed!
Think I'll have a look at removing the spare wheel etc. That's a job I've been thinking about for a while.
