What scenic countryside in which to go zedding! Great pics!:)

@Bozzy ' Where .....?' Well Steve, can't remember exactly, but somewhere called 'Aber..something' or 'Llan.. something' !! =))
Good job the Welsh didn't invade England, we'd be living in Llanleeds,Llanlincoln, Llanlondon or Aberburnley,Aberbristol and I'd be in Aberderby which sounds like I'm in the Persian Gulf!!!
Yeah, just joking, it was very nice. Went down as far as Newquay and up as far as Porthmadog.Apart from Tuesday when it rained all day we had super weather.

Quite some road trip Ken,sounds lovely and I feel a bit envious.
One day of rain isn't too bad on a trip like that, this time of year .
Aberderby.....=)).

I think the Welsh are very happy there's a border and wouldn't want any English soil contaminating their's ;)

And that's partly because they have so many well kept secrets in terms of beautiful countryside and beaches. Yep even in Swansea. One of the finest beaches on the entire planet in my view. Just look west towards the Gower and not east towards the steel works ;)

Aber means mouth of the river by the way. So Swansea is Abertawe in the local lingo and it means place at the mouth of the River Tawe.

Llan is effectively the parish of a church. We are in Llansamlet in Swansea so Samlet parish.

I think I've been here too long and I'm learning too much about the Welshies. Apparently I qualify for dual nationality now I've been living here for 10 years ;)

All English people are welcomed to gods country, as long as you spend loads! By the way not one photo showing our one of our woolly
girls, WHY!! :)

OK, it's:
1 - B4405 towards Tal y Llyn.
2 - At the Gwesty Tynycornel Hotel looking up the valley.
3 - A487 near Aberaeron looking down the coast to Newquay.
4 - Aberaeron harbour.
5 - Looking across the estuary opposite Aberdyfi.

Yes,that was me and I pipped as we went by. I thought you had stopped to drop the hood and I was expecting to see you in my mirrors at some point after that.We also stopped at Aberystwyth.
